DMCA Policy

Last Updated: June 16, 2026

LotterySambad2 (including all subdomains) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) Policy explains how we handle copyright infringement claims on our Site. This Policy should be read alongside our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer.

Designated DMCA Agent Service Provider: LotterySambad2 (including all subdomains) Designated Agent Email: help@lotterysambad2.com

Note: While we follow the DMCA notice-and-takedown process, our designated agent is not currently registered with the U.S. Copyright Office. You may still send DMCA notices to the email above, and we will respond in good faith to address valid complaints.

Copyright Infringement Notification Procedure If you believe material on our Site infringes your copyright, send us a written DMCA takedown notice (email preferred) including:

Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. Identification of the allegedly infringing material, with specific URLs or pages where it is found. Your contact information: full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address. A statement of good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf. Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is acceptable).

Send your notice to help@lotterysambad2.com with “DMCA Notice” in the subject line. Notices missing required information may not be processed.

Action Upon Receipt of a Valid Notice Upon receiving a valid notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content. If the content was posted by a user and we have their contact information, we will make a good-faith effort to notify them of the removal, including providing relevant details from the complaint as required by the DMCA.

Counter-Notification Procedure If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice including:

Your name, address, phone number, and email address. Identification of the removed material and its location prior to removal. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the relevant Federal District Court (or, if outside the U.S., any judicial district where we may be found) and accepting service of process from the original complainant. Your physical or electronic signature.

After receiving a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. Unless they notify us of a court action within 10–14 business days, we may, at our discretion, restore the content. If you are unsure of your rights, consult an attorney before filing a counter-notice, as false counter-notices can carry legal consequences.

Repeat Infringer Policy We maintain a policy of restricting or terminating access for users who repeatedly infringe copyrights, including disabling posting privileges, terminating accounts, or blocking access. We generally consider a “repeat infringer” to be a user subject to two or more valid takedown notices, though we may act on a single severe incident.

No Legal Advice This Policy is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. If you have questions about your rights under the DMCA or other laws, consult a qualified attorney.

False Claims and Misrepresentation Under applicable copyright law, submitting a knowingly false notice or counter-notice may result in liability for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees. We take abuse of this process seriously, and fraudulent or bad-faith notices will be rejected and may be reported to relevant authorities.
